Thomas Basile combines his litigation experience with his political knowledge to represent a broad client base in political law and election law matters. He has represented two presidential campaigns, the Arizona State Legislature, and the Colorado Republican Party, as well as an array of candidates, political committees, and 501(c) organizations.

Noteworthy experience includes the following:

  • Deputy General Counsel for Carly Fiorina’s 2016 presidential campaign
  • Attorney for Gov. Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign
  • Brought and defended multiple lawsuits regarding candidate nomination and ballot measure petitions
  • Successfully represented clients pursuing First Amendment and other constitutional challenges relating to ballot access issues and voting rights
